Dialog Engineering manufacturers molds at modern equipment involving the following foms of mechanic processing: milling, turning, coordinate boring, thermal processing, circular, plane and profile polishing 

and also electrosparking and electrochemical processing (chrome and nickel plating).

Depending on  desired economical effect the molds may be produced with cold or hot runner or with a combined gating system. These molds may 

be also constructed as multilayered. Molds are supposed to be equipped with pneumo or hydrocylinders, geared motors, hydraulic drives and other 

parts of a modern mold. 

A distinguishing peculiarity of a sectional mold is a possibility of using the mold base and it's section in completely automatic mode (e.g. for washers or nuts). In this case only the parts responsible for plastics shaping (sections) are  supposed to be replaced. Sectional mold can be also made with hot-runner

system.
